Conroy Bradley Pistol Club

Since City Bakehouse closed its public operation to focus solely on its wholesale business the shopfront has looked over Hunter Street forlornly, until barista Nick Tarren (formerly of Glee Coffee Roasters on Darby Street) decided to set up Conroy Bradley Pistol Club, named after his uncle.

Passing by you'd be forgiven for mistaking the Conroy Bradley Pistol Club as some kind of art installation given its stripped back decor bordered by stark white stud walls.  But if you noticed the  La Marzocco espresso machine, Mazzer coffee grinder and Proud Mary coffee beans you'd realise this is an establishment that takes its coffee seriously.

Mr Tarren greets customers with enthusiasm and a well-crafted espresso or cup of coffee. There's poached egg and chorizo muffin on the menu with more items to be added in coming weeks.
